Bournemouth fans are urging Tottenham Hotspur target Aaron Ramsdale not to leave, after his latest tweet.

Ramsdale scooped up Bournemouth’s fans’ Player of the Year award yesterday, after an excellent campaign last season.

The Cherries may have been relegated, but Ramsdale’s form has now attracted a lot of admirers, including Tottenham.

The Daily Mail suggested last month that Spurs are looking to land the English goalkeeper, who is valued at £22 million (Daily Express).

And Bournemouth fans are definitely concerned that he could leave Dean Court this summer.

If Ramsdale was to arrive at Tottenham then it would be interesting to see whether he would immediately become their first choice.

Hugo Lloris actually was one of Spurs’s most in-form players after the restart, but the Frenchman is advancing in years.

Tottenham will almost certainly have to find a younger goalkeeper sooner rather than later, but whether they will push for Ramsdale this summer remains to be seen.
