Leeds United and Liverpool loanee praised by Doncaster boss Grant McCann.

Doncaster Rovers boss Grant McCann has been talking up Liverpool and Leeds United loanees Herbie Kane and Mallik Wilks.
Rovers have had a strong start to the season, losing only one of their opening six games.
They sit in ninth place in League One, with their loan additions playing a part.
Quizzed about Herbie Kane and Mallik Wilks, McCann was positive.
McCann told Doncaster’s official channels: “We are in close contact with their specific parent clubs and we have been really impressed with the pair of them.”

Kane, 19, is a central midfielder and he has made five league appearances for Doncaster so far, providing one assist.
Leeds attacker Wilks has been more dynamic, with his trickery and quick feet catching the eye of supporters.
Also 19, Wilks has netted three goals and provided one assist.
Leeds and Liverpool will be encouraged by McCann’s public praise of their players, with loan moves often a minefield for youngsters to negotiate.
They cannot afford to get ahead of themselves and must retain their form over the course of the season but so far there is a lot of reason for encouragement.
