Donald Trump has dropped a few hints about the upcoming UFC White House event, calling it one of the biggest in combat sports history.

The UFC wrapped up their final event of 2026 this past weekend, marking the end of their broadcast deal with ESPN.

Come January, Paramount step in as the new broadcast partner. Then on June 14, 2026, the White House event is set to take place – a date many fans have already circled on their calendars.

UFC boss Dana White has consistently offered hints about the highly anticipated event since its announcement. Adding to the excitement, Donald Trump provided a surprising update this past weekend regarding the spectacle.

White said that the upcoming White House card will be a one-of-a-kind event and that there would never be another like it.

So far, though, no matchups have been officially announced. The businessman has hinted that news could come as early as February.

However, Trump provided a few details during an appearance at the Kennedy Center Honours, revealing that fans can expect around eight or nine title fights.

“UFC on June 14, it’s gonna be June 14, next year and they’re building an arena, the great Dana White is building an arena and they’re gonna have eight or nine championship fights, the biggest fights they’ve ever had, every one is a championship fight, and every one is a legendary fight,” the President began by saying.

“(Dana) is actually holding back fights right now for six months so that he can do it for this UFC 250, it’s gonna be amazing, I think the arena is going to be 5000-6000 seats right in front of the front door of the White House.

“And then 100,000 people in the back where they’re putting up eight or ten very big screens.”

The UFC currently have 11 weight classes across both men’s and women’s divisions, plus the BMF belt – which helps explain why Trump’s words raised eyebrows among fans.

UFC legend stated that all titles should be defended at the UFC White House event

A few months ago, UFC legend Bas Rutten spoke with Bloody Elbow and suggested that every title should be put on the line for this historic event.

While it is still unlikely that every title will be defended, it does appear that most belts will be contested on June 14. Even if not every title is up for grabs, the event still has all the makings of one of the sport’s biggest nights.
