Should Tottenham Hotspur make a move for Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez in the January transfer window?

Don Hutchison has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur should sign Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City.
The former Liverpool and West Ham United midfielder made the suggestion during Leicester’s 2-2 draw with Manchester United at the King Power Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
Mahrez played well for the Foxes, as he maintained his good run of form in the Premier League this season.

The Algeria international winger has scored five goals and provided five assists in 18 Premier League starts for Leicester so far this season.
Hutchison has suggested on Twitter that Tottenham should sign the 26-year-old former Le Havre star.
According to The Leicester Mercury, Mahrez earns around £100,000 per week at Leicester.

Tottenham are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 34 points from 19 matches, just a point behind fourth-placed Liverpool.
Meanwhile, Leicester currently find themselves eighth in the standings with 27 points from 19 games.
