Pundit says Ireland must not hang about for West am star to make a decision.

West Ham United ace Declan Rice has been in outstanding form for the club over the past month.
His performances have heightened the debate over which country he will play his international football for.
The Republic of Ireland assumed Rice would play for them after featuring through the youth levels for them and even playing three friendly games for the senior side.
Now there have been suggestions he could switch allegiance to England.
Former West Ham midfielder Don Hutchison believes Ireland should take a blunt approach to the West Ham man.
He says a heart to heart conversation must be had with Rice, and the situation resolved one way or another.
At present Rice appears to still be deliberating his options.
It’s fair enough for him to want to take his time, but it is not really helping anybody. Ireland, England, or even himself.
