What has really stood out is that Everton didn’t shy away from spending big to secure their prime targets.

For instance, Koeman needed a goalkeeper and Jordan Pickford was their first choice. Everton signed him for £25 million, that could rise to £30 million, according to ESPN.

Likewise, a host of Premier League clubs were interested in Michael Keane. However, Everton moved in quickly and sealed his signing for a club record transfer fee.

On Monday, the club completed double deals for Sandro and Keane. Former Everton player, Don Hutchison, said that the Toffees are having the best transfer window so far. He tweeted:

So far, Everton have signed five players, of which Henry Onyekuru will return to Anderlecht on loan for the entire 2017/18 season.
