If rumours are to be believed, Matt Macey may be leaving Arsenal in the very near future.
The 26-year-old joined the Gunners back in 2013 but has never made a Premier League appearance – and has only managed a handful of senior games in general.
And according to The Athletic, Macey is set to undergo a medical with Hibernian tonight ahead of a permanent switch to Edinburgh.

This is another sign that the North Londoners are trying to clear out the deadwood.
Sead Kolasinac has already left the club to re-sign for Schalke on a permanent basis and it looks like a lot more unnecessary weight will be cut between now and the end of the month.
Obviously Macey, being the third-choice goalkeeper, isn’t causing a lot of squad issues anyway, but the intent behind reportedly wanting to move him on can only be a good thing.
