Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard reportedly wants Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo at Ibrox.

According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers are interested in signing Ojo on loan from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that talks between the Gers and the Reds over the transfer of the winger are at an advantaged stage.
Ross County midfielder Cowie played with the 21-year-old at Wigan Athletic in 2015, and the 36-year-old Scotsman has suggested that the winger will be a good signing for Rangers this summer.
Cowie told The Daily Record about Ojo: “He’s a winger who is very direct and wants to be on the ball and get at full backs. He’s similar to Ryan Kent who we’d all agree took a bit of time to settle in but as the season went on he went from strength to strength.
“I’m sure Sheyi would be the same because it’s different and you need to get used to that pressure of playing for one half of the Old Firm.
“I would be intrigued to see how he handles Scottish football because you have to remember how young he was when I played with him – you can mature a lot mentally and physically in that period of time.
“But purely going on the basis of what I seen and the ability he’s got then if he has improved since then he could be a very good player for Rangers.”

Good signing for Rangers?
Ojo is a very talented and promising young winger who will be a good signing for Rangers on a season-long loan deal.
If Ryan Kent does not return to Rangers for the 2019-20 campaign, then Ojo will be a suitable replacement for the winger at Ibrox.
According to WhoScored, the winger made three starts and 12 substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Reims this season.
