Chelsea forward Dominic Solanke has reportedly turned down Celtic to move to Liverpool instead.

Dominic Solanke may have made the wrong move by rejecting Celtic to move to Liverpool (The Guardian).
Solanke has decided to leave Chelsea, as he feels his first-team chances at Stamford Bridge are limited.
However, there has to be questions over what sort of impact he can make at Liverpool.

The Reds already have Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino available to them to pick up-front.
And Jurgen Klopp is likely to add a new number nine this summer.
With Ben Woodburn also breaking through, competition for places at Liverpool looks fierce.

Solanke has the talent to be a hit on Merseyside, but if he is hoping for more first-team action at Liverpool than at Chelsea he could be disappointed.
However, if he had gone to Celtic, he would have had a clear pathway to Brendan Rodgers’ starting line-up.
Of course, Moussa Dembele is likely to remain as Celtic’s first choice striker next season.
But Solanke could legitimately have expected to have been in competition with Leigh Griffiths to be Celtic’s first reserve up-front.
With Celtic having to play in Europe next season as well as domestically, Solanke would surely have played a considerable amount of times.
And it may just be that Solanke looks back with regret, over his decision to reject the Bhoys.
