Manchester City have let Chelsea go top of the table after failing to score once again.
Manchester City were held to a goalless draw in another lacklustre attacking performance in the absence of Sergio Aguero.
The home side looked dangerous for the opening 15 minutes – but after that it was all City.
City piled on the pressure with chances falling to Stevan Jovetic, Jesus Navas, Alvaro Negredo, Edin Dzeko and others had plenty of chances.
The Canaries then gave City a late scare when Nathan Redmond played the ball on a plate for three players who all missed the opportunity, Russell Martin then forced a save from Joe Hart before Anthony Pilkington came close.
However the score remained 0-0 and City have now watched Chelsea go top of the table.
