Steve Cooper has been speaking to Sky Sports amid talk of him potentially joining Tottenham or Crystal Palace.
As quoted by Sky Sports, the 41-year-old said: “It’s not a week for any individual topics or conversations. This week is just about the second leg in the Play-Offs for Swansea City and doing everything we can to get the right outcome.
“I’m in that bubble like everyone else at the moment and just focusing on that. Nothing will distract me or anybody else, because this week is too important.”
Crystal Palace’s interest in the England Under-17 World Cup winning coach is mentioned in the above article by Sky Sports.
Elsewhere, it was The Telegraph who wrote that Cooper is among the candidates to replace José Mourinho, as Spurs admire him.
However, it sounds as if he won’t be entertaining talk about his next job until Swansea’s Play-Off campaign is over.
The Swans face Barnsley tomorrow in the second leg of the Play-Off semi-final, where they hold a 1-0 advantage from the first leg.

Should they earn promotion, it feels unlikely that Cooper would then jump ship and abandon all his hard work, in our view.
However, the lure of managing a top London team in Tottenham could be too hard to resist.
While Crystal Palace are nowhere near as big as Spurs, the Eagles still hold plenty of attraction.

Steve Parish’s side are a stable, London-based Premier League outfit, who have exciting players such as Wilfried Zaha and Eberechi Eze.
Keep an eye on Swansea’s game tomorrow night.
If Barnsley can mount a comeback and knock the Swans out, we might see some developments in Cooper’s future.
