Some Arsenal fans are not impressed by Mikel Arteta’s decision to leave Mesut Ozil out of his side’s Europa League squad.
Sky Sports claim that Ozil will be dropped from Arsenal’s European squad, which should be registered later this evening.
Ozil may not have made any sort of impact since football returned back in March.
But many Arsenal supporters feel that the German could still offer something to the side.
And they are disappointed to see that Arteta seemingly is not giving him a chance to earn his spot back.
Ozil’s time at Arsenal appears to be coming to an end now, with the playmaker effectively just waiting for his contract to expire.
Arsenal have looked to shift Ozil on over the last year, but have failed in their attempts, due to his exorbitant wages.
At the moment the likes of Willian, Nicolas Pepe and even Joe Willock are all being favoured over Ozil, with the 31-year-old seemingly have no part in Arteta’s future plans.
