Gabriel Agbonlahor has told talkSPORT that Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has been the best signing in the Premier League so far this season, even better than Manchester City star Erling Haaland.
The former Aston Villa striker has noted how Jesus has changed Arsenal since his move from defending Premier League champions Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
Agbonlahor has pointed out that although Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is banging in the goals for fun at the moment, the impact that Jesus has made on Arsenal cannot be overlooked.
The 25-year-old Brazil international striker has scored four goals and provided three assists in seven Premier League matches for the Gunners so far this season.
Haaland has scored 11 goals and given one assist in seven Premier League games and has scored three goals in two UEFA Champions League appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side so far this campaign.

Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus better signing than Erling Haaland of Manchester City
Agbonlahor said about Jesus: “Best signing is Gabriel Jesus for me. Haaland has been outstanding, but City always did well without Haaland, scored ridiculous goals without Haaland.
“Gabriel Jesus has turned Arsenal into something else. They have got a striker now who doesn’t labour when he is pressing defenders.”
Excellent impact
In our view, Gabriel Jesus has been superb for Arsenal so far this season.
The striker has been perfect for the way that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta plays his football.
Jesus links up play, scores goals, works hard for the team, and presses opposition defenders brilliantly.
