Liverpool sold Philippe Coutinho in January of 2018, but did Sadio Mane agree with the sale?

Sadio Mane has told Liverpool’s official website that he is ‘jealous’ of Barcelona for having Philippe Coutinho.
The Brazil international is set for an emotional reunion with his former club tonight as Liverpool visit Camp Nou in the semi-final of the Champions League.
One of the subplots centres around Coutinho, who the Reds sold to Barca 18 months ago.
Mane has told Liverpool’s official website that his old team-mate is a ‘great, great player’ and said that he was envious of the Spanish giants for having him in their team.
He said: “Great, great player and I’m a little bit jealous that Barcelona get him. But it’s part of football and we are happy for him.
“I think he really enjoyed playing alongside his teammates and he’s giving everything. He’s still young and for sure he will improve a lot because I know him – he’s a hard worker. Hopefully tomorrow he will still be in the bed when we play!”
It sounds like the Senegal international might have preferred if Coutinho was still at Anfield.
That being said, the former Inter Milan star, who has 11 goals in nearly 50 appearances this season, isn’t blowing people away in Spain and hopefully for Jurgen Klopp he can have another quiet one tonight.
Still, there’s no way getting away from the fact that Klopp’s side would be seriously frightening had they kept the 26-year-old, but they would not have had the money to finance the £75 million transfer of Virgil van Dijk, the PFA Player of the Year.
Liverpool fans wouldn’t change a thing.
