Can Ryan Edmondson capitalise on the misfortune of Leeds striker Patrick Bamford?

Leeds United need to come up with a solution very quickly in attack, as they are set to be without Patrick Bamford for the foreseeable future.
The Yorkshire giants confirmed on Tuesday that the 25-year-old centre-forward is set to miss around four months with an injury, which he sustained when playing for the Under-23s side.
Bamford’s injury news is a huge blow to the Whites and it leaves in-form Kemar Roofe as the only senior striker left in the squad.
Manager Marcelo Bielsa is going to have to find some more forward options from somewhere and one obvious player to consider is Tyler Roberts, who has played twice so far in the cup this season.
The 19-year-old is still waiting to make his debut in the league for Leeds, but he arrived from West Brom in January and seems a suitable replacement.
The window may also be open for a youth team player to come into the first-team fold, so will Ryan Edmondson be able to catch the eye of Bielsa.

Edmondson, 17, is a product of the Leeds academy that is still learning his game, but has been impressive for the Under-23s side recently.
The English teenager was around the senior set-up over the summer and bringing him in as a third option would not be a total shock, as Bielsa could be forced into promoting a young player to fill the numbers.
