Scottish Premiership rivals Celtic and Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are linked with John McGinn.

Celtic and Rangers would both love John McGinn this summer.
The 23-year-old midfielder had a fantastic season on Hibernian’s return to the Scottish Premiership last term and both Old Firm sides are reportedly keen.
According to The Daily Record, Rangers manager Steven Gerrard is a fan of the £5 million-rated [Scotsman] midfielder, while The Scottish Sun are reporting today that Celtic are offering Scott Allan in a player-plus-cash deal for the Scotland international.
It looks increasingly likely that McGinn will not be at Easter Road come the start of next season, and is Hibs boss Neil Lennon close to signing his potential replacement?

The Record claimed on their Transfer Blog [29/05/2018, 08:01] that the Leith club are in ‘pole position’ to sign Barnsley midfielder Stevie Mallan.
The 22-year-old, like McGinn, is a central midfielder and therefore it seems plausible that the former Celtic manager is lining him up as a replacement for the sought-after star.
McGinn is a fantastic talent and one who will only get better and although Lennon has put up a strong stance over him in recent weeks, it looks like he might be preparing for life without him if the Edinburgh side wind up with Mallan.
