Tottenham Hotspur are said to be interested in signing Juventus defender Dani Alves.

According to The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Daniel Alves has issued an ultimate to Juventus over his contract.
Alves only has a year left on his current deal in Italy, and wants more security.
It remains to be seen whether Juve will be prepared to meet Alves’ demands, as he is now reaching the twilight of his career.

And if Juve do not offer Alves a new deal, it could play into the hands of Spurs.
Tottenham have reportedly identified Alves as a replacement for Kyle Walker, who is expected to leave to join Manchester City (Yahoo).

Although Alves is not a typical Tottenham signing, Mauricio Pochettino would reportedly be willing to offer the Brazilian a two-year deal at Spurs.
And Pochettino may well have a keen eye on developments for Alves at Juve in the coming weeks.
