Premier League outfit West Ham United could hire Shakhtar Donetsk coach Paulo Fonseca as their new manager with David Moyes set to leave.

If West Ham United fans aren’t big on the pragmatic, safety-first style of football David Moyes has brought to the London Stadium, reports in The Telegraph that they have held talks with Paulo Fonseca should have supporters quivering with excitement.
Fonseca’s Shakthar Donetsk side played some of the most expansive, easy-on-the-eye football in Europe last season. The Ukrainian giants weren’t short of silverware either, winning the domestic treble while reaching the round of 16 in the Champions League, scoring 98 goals in all competitions to boot.
The Telegraph reports that Fonseca, and his agent Jorge Mendes, have met West Ham co-owner David Sullivan for talks and he is a genuine contender to replace Moyes at the London Stadium.

And while supporters are thrilled about the prospect of ‘Zorro’ resurrecting the so-called ‘West Ham’ way, they are hoping that the former Porto and Braga manager brings one of his Shakthtar stars with him to the English capital this summer.
14-time Brazil international Bernard has been linked with a move to England ever since breaking into the Atletico Mineiro first team about eight years ago and appears set to finally depart Ukraine this summer with his contract due to expire.
And Bernard, a skilful winger who has scored 10 goals in 29 games in 2017/18 including a glorious curling strike against Manchester City in the Champions League group-stage, would be welcomed with open arms at West Ham alongside his manager.
