Brighton and Hove Albion have reportedly beaten Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers to PSG right-back Romaric Yapi.

If Sky Sports are to be believed, two exciting young talents will be Wolverhampton Wanderers by 5:00pm today.
Wolves are in talks to sign Danny Loader from Reading while Bayern midfielder Meritan Shabani is also on his way from Munich to Molineux.
But while the Premier League outfit will soon tick Loader and Shabani off their list, another highly-rated wonder-kid has joined a top flight rival instead.
According to Goal, Wolves were keen to sign 19-year-old Paris Saint-Germain starlet Romaric Yapi, a matter of weeks after Raphael Nya left the Ligue 1 champions to join Nuno Espirito Santo’s high-flying outfit.
Yapi will be honing his considerable talents under Graham Potter at Brighton and Hove Albion instead with The Seagulls confirming an initial one-year deal on their official website.

“He is a talented player who has great potential, and I look forward to working with him,” U23 coach Simon Rusk told Brighton’s official website.
After the retirement of club legend Bruno Saltor, it is no secret that Brighton were hoping to sign a new right-back and Yapi should be confident of getting a chance to shine under Potter. After all, Chris Hughton’s replacement provided the platform for Daniel James, Connor Roberts and Joe Rodon to shine at Swansea last season.
Wolves, however, will have to make do with Loader and Shabani on deadline day.
