Reported Leeds United target Harry Cochrane was the star of the show as Hearts thumped Scottish Premiership rivals Celtic 4-0 at Tynecastle.

Harry Cochrane surely added a few pounds onto his price-tag as Hearts ended Celtic’s 69-game unbeaten domestic run in the most brutal of fashions on Sunday.
It was Cochrane who set the hosts on their way to a stunning 4-0 win with a classy first-half goal but it was the maturity and composure of his overall performance that caught the eye. It’s almost impossible to believe he is just 16.
And Leeds United fans who might have been wondering why their club was willing to pay £500,000 on a player too young to drink the Man of the Match champagne should now be in no doubt whatsoever about Cochrane’s talent.

According to the Scottish Sun, Leeds’ director of football Victor Orta is a big fan of the playmaker and had planned to make a move in the January transfer window.
Leeds has been a launchpad for a number of talented teenagers in recent years with the likes of Lewis Cook, Sam Byram and Ronaldo Vieira starring in the first-team after emerging through the academy.

Though Cochrane’s remarkably impressive performances north of the border suggest that he could slot straight into the first-team squad with Leeds manager Thomas Christiansen a fan of creative and classy midfield operators.
It seems distinctly unlikely, however, that Hearts would let their biggest star go for just £500,000 in January – even if Leeds do plan to offer a few add-ons.
