The Irish winger will return from his loan spell at Dundee in January.
The future of Celtic youngster Michael Duffy is up in the air with The Courier reporting that he is set to return to the Champions after failing to make an impact on loan at Dundee.
The Northern Ireland under-21 international made the switch to Celtic Park almost two years ago after impressing with Derry City, scoring in the Europa League qualifiers against Shakhtyor Salihorsk.
However, Duffy (below, third from left) is yet to make a single league appearance for Celtic, spending the whole of last season on loan with first division Alloa, where he scored an equaliser against Old Firm rivals Rangers.
And, after struggling to leave his imprint during another temporary spell, this time with first division Dundee, The Courier report that he is about to make his way back to Glasgow ahead of schedule.
If he is not considered good enough to start games for a side ranked eighth in the Scottish Premiership table, however, he does not appear to have much hope of making an impression at Celtic any time soon especially as Brendan Rodgers is well stocked in wide areas.
Scott Sinclair, Patrick Roberts and James Forrest have all enjoyed positive campaigns thus far so it is unlikely that Duffy will don the green and white any time soon.
