Premier League rivals Newcastle United and Everton have been joined by West Ham United in the pursuit of Galatasaray winger Garry Rodrigues.

It looked set to be a straight battle between Everton and Newcastle United for Garry Rodrigues this summer.
But Newcastle have been linked with Cape Verde international Rodrigues since all the way back in last summer, and after seeing bids fail in each of the last two transfer windows, Milliyet claimed that The Magpies were hoping that an offer of £13 million would make it third time lucky.

Another Premier League team, however, has suddenly emerged as a rival suitor for arguably the most in-demand player in Turkish football right now.

The former PAOK winger has six goals and eight assists in the Super Lig across 2017/18 but West Ham appear to be wasting their time putting an offer of just £10.5 million on the table. Galatasaray want around £16 million, the same fee that Stoke City were forced to pay to sign Badou Ndiaye in the January transfer window.
But with Newcastle and Everton seemingly prepared to pay big in the summer, the chase for Rodrigues could be a test of West Ham’s ambition.
