Moussa Dembele looks set to leave Scottish Champions Celtic in the January transfer window – and West Ham fans are urging their club to make a move.

With a week to go before the transfer window slams shut, it appears that West Ham United are more concerned with selling strikers than signing them.
Andy Carroll might have been a Chelsea player this month if an ill-timed injury had not ruined his dream move to Stamford Bridge. And it is understood that West Ham are also open to offers for both Diafra Sakho and Javier Hernandez, who have made just one league start between them since David Moyes took over.

But surely if West Ham are hoping to cash in on one or two of their forwards, they should have a replacement or an upgrade lined up.
Yet, despite Moussa Dembele’s departure from Celtic looking more and more likely this month, links with the Hammers have grown a little cold.

But despite the Hoops’ assistant manager Chris Davies suggesting that the Scottish champions have given up hope of keeping Dembele at Parkhead, and Brendan Rodgers admitting that he could be replaced, the Daily Record report that Crystal Palace, Everton and Brighton are the current front-runners.
However West Ham fans are still dreaming of seeing Dembele in claret and blue.
