West Ham United’s Marko Arnautovic has not started a Premier League game since failing to secure a move to the Chinese Super League.

It seems that West Ham United fans have run out of patience with Marko Arnautovic.
The Austrian striker dominated the headlines during the January transfer window thanks to a will-he-won’t-he saga that saw Arnautovic – and his rather talkative agent and brother – seemingly fluttering his eyelashes at the Chinese Super League.
Danijel Arnautovic told talkSPORT in January that the former Stoke City talisman wanted to leave and move to China. Not for the money, of course. He wanted trophies apparently.

But, after rejecting a £35 million bid from an unnamed Chinese outfit, Arnautovic surprisingly decided to stay and even signed a new contract.
On current form, West Ham might have been better off taking the money.
The 29-year-old has not scored a Premier League goal in over two months and hasn’t started since a 3-0 defeat at Wolves in January. And the Mail claims Arnautovic is now becoming increasingly frustrated with his lack of game time under Manuel Pellegrini – reports that appear to be the final straw for many supporters.
Arnautovic out, Maxi Gomez in; that wouldn’t be a bad decision with all things considered.
