Rangers captain James Tavernier could reportedly return to England with Championship play-off semi finalists West Bromwich Albion this summer.

West Bromwich Albion are still interested in signing Rangers captain James Tavernier despite failing with a bid less than 12 months ago, according to the Birmingham Mail.
The former Newcastle United youngster has enjoyed another superb season north of the border, scoring his 16th goal of the season with a free-kick in Sunday’s 2-0 Old Firm derby victory against champions Celtic.
Tavernier has also provided 20 assists from right-back with his swashbuckling style and superb set-piece delivery making him a key player in Steven Gerrard’s Rangers revolution.
And, according to the Birmingham Mail, West Brom are hoping to bring Tavernier to The Hawthorns this summer. A new right-back is certainly a must for The Baggies, who will be forced to bid farewell to Mason Holgate when his loan spell from Everton comes to an end after the play-offs.

West Brom made a deadline day bid to sign Taverner last August for £2.5 million, according to the Daily Record, but Rangers had no interest in letting their influential skipper go with no time to sign a replacement.
The 27-year-old is currently under contract at Ibrox until 2022.
