Allan Nyom is on loan at La Liga outfit Leganes from Championship play-off challengers West Bromwich Albion this season.

Allan Nyom did not enjoy the most distinguished night of his career this week.
The West Bromwich Albion defender has been largely impressive since joining Leganes on loan in the summer, but made headlines for all the wrong reasons during the recent clash with Rayo Vallecano.
With 58 minutes on the clock, Nyom flew into one of the most reckless challenges you will see all season, sending Rayo winger Adri Embarba flying with an horrific two-footed lunge.
Unsurprisingly, Nyom was handed his marching orders while inadvertently producing one of the finest still photographs of the season so far. Only he could make such an awful challenge look like renaissance art.
Considering that defence has been West Brom’s weak link this season, the Baggies could perhaps do with a player of Nyom’s commitment, even if he has to rein it in a little.
The former Watford full-back, who moved to The Hawthorns in 2016 for a fee of around £3 million according to Express and Star, has a contract until 2020 and could return in the summer.
But let’s hope he leaves the two-footed lunges in Spain.
