Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in Napoli’s Serie A midfielder Napoli, who is also a target for Ligue 1 champions PSG.

Napoli are firmly in Everton’s sights this month. That is according to areanapoli, who believe that three of Carlo Ancelotti’s star players have been lined up for a potential move to Goodison Park.
It is understood that the Toffees are interested in the world-renowned centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly, Poland international Arak Milik and the tireless Brazilian midfielder Allan.
None of the three would come cheap, with Napoli president Aurelio Di Laurentiis a famously difficult man to negotiate with. But, with interest in Allan rising – Tottenham having been also linked by CalcioNapoli 24 – the former Udinese man could soon become one of the most expensive midfielders in world football.
Because, according to Corriero dello Sport, Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain have made two bids to bring Allan to the French capital. Thomas Tuchel’s side have recently offered a mammoth £72 million, only for Di Laurentiis to say no.

So if Everton and Tottenham are serious about landing a midfielder renowned for his energetic, box-to-box style, they would both have to shatter their transfer records.
Although the likelihood is that Allan will be far too expensive for either the Toffees or Spurs, especially with similar options available for much a cheaper price.
