Former Arsenal midfielder Glen Kamara has been a revelation in the Scottish Premiership for Dundee and is now reportedly wanted by Rangers.

Looking back, Dundee will probably be pinching themselves at the fact they managed to get Glen Kamara for free.
The young midfielder was leaving Arsenal after five years in the Gunners’ youth system. But Kamara, an ambitious character born to Sierra Leone parents who spent the first 12 months of his life in the freezing Finnish climate, was keen to start afresh in a new environment and chose Dundee.

No wonder Dundee manager Neil McCann was singing the 22-year-old’s praises back in January. He, like many observers in Scotland, sees Kamara as one of the signings of the season.
“Glen has been superb in the middle. Glen is a class act,” McCann told the Evening Telegraph of Kamara, who earned his senior Finland debut back in November.
“We knew when we looked at him and had the chance to sign him we’d found a wee bit of gold there.”

Despite bringing in the likes of Graham Dorrans, Ryan Jack and Greg Docherty in the last two transfer windows, it seems Rangers are once again keen to reinforce their midfield in the summer with the combative and composed Kamara one name in the frame.
And, despite Dundee suffering a 4-0 thrashing at Rangers earlier this month, the home support were still very impressed with Kamara and were clamouring for their club to bring him to Ibrox.
For £1 million, they could get their wish.
