Everton were linked with African Cup of Nations ace Trezeguet last summer but he could finally be heading to the Premier League with Watford.

Kasimpasa forward Trezeguet has told friends that he wants to move to the Premier League this summer and, fortunately for him, Watford could be about to make his dream come true, according to Fanatik.
You’d think Mo Salah would have been Egypt’s main man at the African Cup of Nations. Not quite. The Liverpool superstar did score a stunning free-kick in the group phase but he has been rather upstaged by his fellow winger Trezeguet.
The 24-year-old produced nine goals and ten assists in all competitions for Kasimpasa last season and he has maintained that form on the international stage, inspiring Egypt to three wins from three against Zimbabwe, Congo and Uganda.
And a move to Watford would give Mahmoud Hassan, nicknamed ‘Trezeguet’ due to an apparent likeness with the former France and Juventus striker, the chance to prove he belongs at the top level alongside Salah.

This is not the first time that Trezeguet has been linked with a move to England. The Sun reported last year that Everton were keen on the-then Anderlecht forward and if they are at least the slightest bit interested in renewing their interest then now is the time.
Trezeguet’s speed and ever-improving end product would only enhance an already jet-heeled Everton attack but, if they don’t act soon, he could be on his way to Watford instead.
