Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want to sign Fulham’s 10-goal Premier League striker Aleksandar Mitrovic.

You have to feel for Fernando Llorente.
The Spanish striker has spent most of his time at Tottenham Hotspur stuck on the bench, waiting in vain for an opportunity with Harry Kane playing pretty much every match in every competition under Mauricio Pochettino.
But, with Spurs’ talisman out injured with an ankle problem, Llorente has seized his chance to remind everyone what he can do. The veteran striker scored his third goal in six games as he flicked a deft header into the far corner during last week’s 3-0 Champions League thrashing of Borussia Dortmund at Wembley.
It seems, however, that Llorente is still on borrowed time in North London. Because, according to TEAMtalk, Tottenham are expected to make an approach for Aleksandar Mitrovic in the summer after failing with a £27 million bid in January.

Mitrovic has been in outstanding form for Fulham since he moved to Craven Cottage permanently from Newcastle United, scoring ten Premier League goals this season.
And the similarities between the two strikers are clear to see. Mitrovic, like Llorente, is an old-school centre-forward who thrives with his back to goal, a fearsome aerial presence capable of bullying defenders.
He is nine years younger, too. So it seems this is likely to be a case of one in, one out if it happens.
