Tottenham Hotspur are keen to bring Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Jonathan Tah to the Premier League, which should have Sanchez a little worried.

The Tottenham Hotspur centre-back was impressive during their Champions League second-leg tie with Juventus on Wednesday night, but switched off at the crucial moment at Wembley as Gonzalo Higuain ghosted in unmarked to kick-start a comeback which paved the way for a heart-breaking exit.
The former Ajax defender is only 21, so these types of errors are par for the course. But with a club-record £42 million price tag hanging over his head, big mistakes in big games make players a magnet for criticism and Sanchez has certainly received his fair share.
So reports in the Mirror that Tottenham are plotting a summer move for Bayer Leverkusen’s Jonathan Tah could put Sanchez under a little pressure.
The Colombian has struggled in a couple of games recently, notably in that thrilling 2-2 draw with Liverpool, and if Tah does join for a reported £35 million he should be aware that he is far from guaranteed a place in Mauricio Pochettino’s starting XI.
Like Sanchez, Tah is a cultured and classy centre-half with plenty of promise. Pochettino would be able to make like for like changes at the back depending on who is in or out of form.
And if Spurs swoop for the German international, Sanchez should know that he needs to step up.
