Liverpool have reportedly identified Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell as a replacement for left-back Alberto Moreno.

Ben Chilwell has come on leaps and bounds this season.
After sharing duties with the experienced Christian Fuchs, the 21-year-old academy graduate has started every one of Leicester City’s eight Premier League games so far in 2018/19, and might just have established himself as England’s first-choice left-back, too.
Maybe this is not the time for Chilwell to join a bona fide Premier League giant. After all, a move to Liverpool could stunt all the progress he has made in recent months.
The Reds have been linked with Chilwell ever since he broke into the Leicester first-team in 2016, and the Mirror reports that Liverpool could make a move for him next year once Alberto Moreno’s contract expires.
But there is one factor that cannot be ignored: Liverpool already have a brilliant young left-back in Andrew Robertson. The Scotland captain has started every Premier League and Champions League game this season.

Moreno has never got a look in. So, as talented as Chilwell is, he faces being the back-up option if he swaps Leicester for Liverpool in 2019.
Maybe the youngster is better off staying at the King Power for another season or two.
