Kilmarnock loanee Daniel Bachmann claims Rangers have made contact and the Scottish Premiership giants could be aided by Watford’s Robin Olsen pursuit.

Rangers should be watching on closely as the battle to sign Roma goalkeeper Robin Olsen hots up.
According to Calciomercato, Watford want to bring the Swedish international to Vicarage Road in the summer, while Tuttomercatoweb claims that Bournemouth and Norwich City have joined the race.
Olsen, who has endured a hugely disappointing debut season at the Stadio Olimpico, has apparently been made available for £12.8 million.
But where do Rangers come in? Well, Steven Gerrard’s side will be rooting for Watford as they apparently try to lure their own goalkeeping target to Ibrox.
Watford shot-stopper Daniel Bachmann has spent the 2018/19 season on loan at Kilmarnock and he told Laola1 earlier this week that Rangers had made contact about extending his stay in the Scottish Premiership.

Bachmann joined Watford from Stoke City in 2017 and, although the Austrian is yet to make an appearance for the Hornets, he could be promoted to the first-team squad when veteran Heurelho Gomes retires in the summer.
But if Watford beat Bournemouth and Norwich to Olsen’s signature, this could swing the door open for Rangers to get their man – either on loan or on a permanent basis.
