Pawel Cibicki made just five Championship starts for Leeds United and is now spending time out on loan with Molde in Norway.

If Pawel Cibicki wants a fresh start at Leeds United next year, he is certainly going about things the right way.
A £1.5 million signing from Malmo in the summer of 2017, the Polish striker never really made an impact in his debut season at Elland Road. Cibicki made just five Championship starts and failed to make a single appearance after Paul Heckingbottom replaced Thomas Christiansen in Februrary.
And once Marcelo Bielsa took over in West Yorkshire, Cibicki was quickly out the door.
But since joining Norwegian outfit Molde on loan, the 24-year-old has started to rebuild his reputation. Cibicki grabbed his third assist in just seven games during the 2-1 win at Stromsgodset on Sunday.
And, speaking to Aftenposten, the versatile forward has admitted that he believes his form is improving by the week.
“It’s taken time. I had not played for a while before I came to Molde. It’s not easy to come in as a new player. Now it feels like its getting better and better with every game,” Cibicki said.

Bielsa has shown a willingness to give a chance to players who many had expected to be cast out of Elland Road with Mateusz Klich in particular becoming a key part of the Argentine’s plans in West Yorkshire.
So Cibicki’s fine form in Norway should not go unnoticed.
