After just one year at the City Ground and 11 Championship starts, Andreas Bouchalakis is reportedly set to leave Nottingham Forest for Olympiakos.

Andreas Bouchalakis had his moments at Nottingham Forest.
That stunning goal on his debut against Brentford back in August, the first of two to help Forest to a 4-3 away win, will live long in the memory. As will his superb midfield performance in the 2-0 win away at Champions Wolves in January.
But, in truth, those moments of class were few and far between. There was no doubting Bouchalakis’ ability but his suitability for English football, particularly the cut and thrust nature of the Championship, never really went away.

So while it will be a shame to see the 25-year-old leave after just one season at the City Ground, bidding farewell appears to be the best thing for all parties.
The Nottingham Post claims that Bouchalakis is on his way out, re-joining Olympiakos just 12 months after he departed Piraeus for the East Midlands of England. It remains to be seen whether Forest will get a transfer fee for a player who signed on a free last summer after impressing then manager Mark Warburton on trial.
If they do, this can be considered good business. After all, Bouchalakis leaves with just 11 Championship starts to his name – and just two since Aitor Karanka took over in January.
