Arsenal reportedly want to bring Nicolas Pepe to the Premier League after he scored 19 goals for Lille this season.

Nicolas Pepe has probably just added another £10 million to his price-tag.
The Ivory Coast international has exploded onto the scene this season with Lille, firing Les Dogues back into contention for a Champions League place after last season’s relegation battle. He is also the first Lille player since a certain Eden Hazard to score 19 goals in a single Ligue 1 season.
But his dazzling performance in Sunday’s top-two clash still came out of the blue. Pepe was the star of the show as Lille battered ten-man PSG 5-1 at the Stade Pierre Mauroy, humiliating the champions-elect with another sublime finish.

And the watching Arsenal fans seem rather lovestruck. The Times have claimed that Pepe is on The Gunners’ radar and with head coach Unai Emery eyeing a goal-scoring winger, the 23-year-old certainly fits the bill.
Lille president Gerard Lopez admitted before PSG’s biggest Ligue 1 defeat since 2010 that he was ‘sure’ Pepe will leave the club this summer, as reported by Goal. And he’d be welcomed with open arms at The Emirates.
Whether the Gunners can afford him is another matter entirely.
