Mason Mount has impressed in the Championship since joining Derby County and will be hoping to cause Wednesday problems at Hillsborough.

Sheffield Wednesday host Derby County at Hillsborough on Saturday afternoon and Owls boss Jos Luhukay knows exactly which of Frank Lampard’s players is likely to cause problems for his side – Mason Mount.
The 19-year-old Chelsea loanee has been hugely impressive since arriving at Pride Park, drawing comparisons with his own manager due to his ability to find the net from distance.
Luhukay knows Mount well, the Dutchman having watched on in awe as the teenage midfielder took the Eredivisie by storm during a temporary spell at Vitesse Arnhem in 2017/18.
And, speaking to The Star, the former Hertha Berlin manager has admitted that he was surprised to see Mount rock up at Derby in the summer, suggesting that he has the ability to play at a higher level.

“Mount played for Vitesse Arnhem last year and for me, it was a surprise that he came back to the Championship,” Luhukay said of Mount, who scored 14 goals and set up another seven in just 25 league starts for Vitesse last season.
“A lot of big clubs were interested in him but he decided to go to the Championship for his own reasons. He is a fantastic player.”
Mount has scored three times since linking up with Chelsea legend Lampard in the East Midlands and was even rewarded with a shock call-up to the England national team during the October international break.
And with Gareth Southgate already fully aware of his potential, Mount will be hoping to progress ever further in the next few months before returning to Stamford Bridge.
