Everton are hoping to re-shape their entire squad this summer with a whole host of players reportedly leaving Goodison Park.

This may come as a surprise given that Farhad Moshiri appears to have money to burn but Everton will have to sell before they buy this summer.
Director of football Marcel Brands, then, faces a big challenge in his first job in English football, as he looks to re-shape an overly expensive squad which has underachieved massively in the two years since Moshiri took over at Goodison Park.
“First of all we need to offload players to raise money [to spend], and also salary-wise,” Brands – who developed a reputation as one of Europe’s most astute talent-spotters during a trophy laden spell at PSV – told the Guardian.
It is understood that Wayne Rooney, Davy Klaassen and £24 million midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin (below) are among those allowed to leave, while the Mirror believe a whole host of other players will be made available.

£28 million winger Yannick Bolasie, whose time at Everton has been dogged by injury, is under threat while Joel Robles, Ashley Williams, Oumar Niasse and Ramiro Funes Mori could also be heading for the exit door.
The report adds that Everton could also listen to offers for Kevin Mirallas, Ademola Lookman and Sandro Ramires (below), who all spent last season on loan away from Everton.

Seldom seen reserves Luke Garbutt, David Henen, Shani Tarashaj, Tyias Browning and Matthew Pennington could also leave.
There are not many players on this list that Everton fans would be sorry to see leave, which reflects rather badly on the club’s recruitment in recent seasons.
