Arsenal reportedly want to bring Dalian Yifang attacker Yannick Ferreira Carrasco to the Premier League and he is desperate to leave China.

Yannick Ferreira Carrasco has admitted that he would love to return to Europe at the earliest opportunity as he continues to be linked with a move to Arsenal, while speaking to HLN.
The versatile Belgium international left Atletico Madrid for a money-spinning move to China in January 2018 but his time at Dalian Yifang has done little for his reputation, if not his bank balance.
Carrasco has fallen off the radar in the Far East and has lost his place in the Belgian starting XI as a result; manager Roberto Martinez preferring to start Borussia Monchengladbach’s Thorgan Hazard instead in the problematic left-wing-back role.
As a result, the 25-year-old is angling for a second chance in European football as he looks to get his career back on track.
“I would love to return to Europe. A lot of clubs were interested in me,” said the former Monaco forward.
“We tried to find a solution in January that would enable me to leave Dalian Yifang.

“I have lost my starting place in the Belgian national side.”
According to the Express, Arsenal wanted to come to Carrasco’s rescue in January but a deal fell through as they could not agree a loan fee with Dalian Yifang.
The Gunners are still allegedly interested in signing the skilful winger but it is claimed that he would need to accept a substantial reduction on his current £8.8 million a year wages.
Arsenal will have just £40 million to spend on new signings this summer.
