Ryan Giles is yet to make a Premier League appearance for Nuno Espirito Santo’s Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Ryan Giles could leave Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer with the teenager lined up for a loan move to Shrewsbury Town, according to the Express and Star.
The Telford-born left-back is one of the most exciting talents in Wolves’ buzzing academy system and offered a brief glimpse at his potential during some stand out performances in the club’s pre-season preparations last summer.
But with Ruben Vinagre and Jonny Otto both ahead of him in the pecking order, Giles has made just one first-team appearance under Nuno Espirito Santo.
Ironically enough, that came against Shrewsbury in the FA Cup four months ago. And, if the Express and Star is to be believed, Giles could now be on his way to the Shropshire outfit as he looks to get some senior football under his belt.

League One Shrewsbury are currently coached by former Wolves defender Sam Ricketts, who played 51 games for the club between 2013 and 2015. Ricketts will be hoping that his connections at Molineux make the deal possible.
And with Wolves looking at a short-term deal for Atletico Madrid veteran Filipe Luis, according to Goal, it makes sense for Giles to go elsewhere for the time being.
