Raul Jimenez has scored 12 Premier League goals since joining Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan from SL Benfica.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have already agreed a contract with Raul Jimenez for next season, the Express and Star reports on Thursday morning.
Wolves look to have taken a risk when they chose Jimenez as their marquee centre-forward signing last summer given that the Mexican international started just six Primeira Liga games for Benfica in 2018/19.
But the former Atletico Madrid frontman has silenced the doubters with an outstanding debut campaign on British shores. Jimenez scored his 12th Premier League goal in Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Chelsea.
As a result, it seems inevitable that Wolves will make his loan deal into a permanent transfer when the summer window opens.
The Express and Star reports that the Black Country side can sign Jimenez for £30 million and they have an exclusive option to do so.

Interestingly, it is claimed that Wolves have already come to an agreement with the 27-year-old over his contract and wages with a deal looking increasingly likely.
Jimenez is not just a goalscorer but the perfect centre forward for Nuno Espirito Santo’s system. His impressive hold-up play and wonderful passing range makes him one of England’s most complete strikers.
