Marko Arnautovic is keen on a move to the Chinese Super League but will West Ham United let him go?

Marko Arnautovic appeared to bid farewell to the West Ham United fans when being subbed off in the 1-0 win against Arsenal a week ago.
But, according to the Standard, the Hammers have no plans to grant him a money-spinning move to China during the January transfer window, and instead plan to let the Austrian talisman leave at the end of the season instead.
Chinese Super League outfit Shanghai SIPG offered £35 million for Arnautovic earlier this month but West Ham have refused to sell, while making clear that they value the former Stoke, Inter Milan and Werder Bremen forward at £50 million.
And the report adds that Manuel Pellegrini’s side have told the 29-year-old that he can leave in a few months’ time in an attempt to convince him to get his head down and stay for now.

Understandably, West Ham do not want to end up in a situation where they have to replace their star man and top scorer in the notoriously difficult January window.
Arnautovic, a £24 million signing in 2017, was left out of the Hammers’ squad for Saturday’s 2-0 defeat to Bournemouth with his agent and brother making it clear that the versatile forward is keen to leave.
