Nuno Moreira is set to leave Sporting Lisbon for the Premier League with West Ham United and Leicester City reportedly interested.

West Ham United are leading the chase to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Nuno Moreira when his contract expires at the end of the season, according to Record.
A 19-year-old attacking midfielder who can also play on the right wing, Moreira is yet to establish himself in Sporting’s first-team.
But he has really caught the eye in the UEFA Youth League this season with one goal and two assists in seven games.
But the Lisbon giants are at risk of losing the latest Iberian starlet to emerge from their infamous academy. It is claimed that Moreira will be a free agent at the end of June and West Ham want to bring him to the Premier League.
The report adds that the Hammers face competition from Premier League rivals Leicester City, but it seems that Manuel Pellegrini’s side are leading the chase as things stand.

Moreira is certainly not the first Lisbon-based starlet who has caught the eye of the Hammers in the last 12 months. West Ham signed the skilful attacker Xande Silva from Sporting’s local rivals Benfica last summer.
AS reported in February that they had made an enquiry about the 19-year-old Joao Felix, who is arguably the most coveted young midfielder in Europe.
