Former Cardiff City ace Gary Medel is reportedly set for a second spell in the Premier League with Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham United.

West Ham United are closing in on a deal to sign Besiktas midfielder Gary Medel at the end of the season, according to SuperHaber.
The Chilean international has been heavily tipped to link up with his compatriot Manuel Pellegrini at the London Stadium in recent months with Miliyet claiming back in December that they had made a £6.5 million bid.
Besiktas rejected that offer but it appears that Medel will be on his way out of Istanbul in the summer given that he has just over 12 months left on his contract.
And SuperHaber claims that a move to West Ham is now back on after the Premier League club reached a breakthrough in negotiations with the 2017 Super Lig champions. The report believes that a deal is on the verge of being completed.

This would represent a second spell in the Premier League for a player who represented Cardiff City in the 2013/14 season, impressing despite the Bluebirds’ relegation.
Medel has also represented Inter Milan and Sevilla while winning two Copa America titles with Chile and he would add experience and steel to a lightweight midfield that was brutally exposed in West Ham’s dismal defeat to Everton on Saturday.
