It has been a busy summer for Premier League big-spenders West Ham United but it seems they are not finished yet.

West Ham United have enjoyed a busy and very exciting summer transfer window.

The Hammers have smashed their transfer record to sign the Lazio winger Felipe Anderson, a player with the speed and skill to be a real fan favourite at the London Stadium. Fellow new additions Andriy Yarmolenko, Jack Wilshere, Issa Diop and co all add promise and star quality to Manuel Pellegrini’s squad.

But West Ham may not be finished there, despite already spending in excess of £100 million since the summer began.

Football London is claiming that West Ham have six active bids in for players, with just a couple of days before the transfer window slams shut. So fans should expect a thrilling end to the summer.

The report does not say which players West Ham have made offers for at this stage but there are a few who are claimed to be in negotiations with the London club, including Barcelona’s Portugal international midfielder Andre Gomes, according to Esport 3.

In truth, the Irons could still do with another centre-forward, particularly with Andy Carroll set for another few months on the sidelines, while a dynamic and powerful midfielder would not go amiss either.
