Opa Nguette could reportedly be heading to the Championship with West Bromwich Albion after scoring seven Ligue 2 goals last season.

West Bromwich Albion have made an enquiry about Senegal international Opa Nguette, according to Goal.
Benfica’s Croatian midfielder Filip Krovinovic looks set to become the first signing of the Slaven Bilic era, with the Mail claiming that the youngster is on his way to The Hawthorns.
With the Baggies looking to reduce the average age of their squad and pick up a number of bargain signings in preparation for another Championship title-chasing campaign, Krovinovic could be joined by another left-field arrival – 24-year-old Nguette.
A speedy attacking midfielder who can also play on the left or the right, Nguette is a brilliant dribbler and a hard worker, too. He scored seven goals in the French second tier with Metz in 2018/19 and his future is now in his own hands with his contract expiring on Monday.

According to Goal, Nguette has turned down Nantes and has a three-year contract on the table from Belgian duo Genk and Club Brugges, who need to replace Southampton-bound Moses Djenepo.
And West Brom are also allegedly interested.
Nguette has earned four caps for the Senegal national team, although he was left out of the ongoing African Cup of Nations squad.
