AC Milan forward Patrick Cutrone is reportedly frustrated in Serie A and a move to the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur could be on the cards.

Tottenham Hotspur have made an enquiry about AC Milan’s frustrated centre-forward Patrick Cutrone, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

One of Europe’s most promising young strikers at the age of just 21, Cutrone appeared to have the world at his feet at the San Siro and established himself as Milan’s first-choice striker in the first half of the season with Gonzalo Higuain faltering.

But he has struggled for game time since the Rossoneri signed prolific Krzystzof Piatek from Genoa in January, failing to start a Serie A match since January with each of his last five appearances coming from the bench.

As a result, TMW reports that Cutrone is growing increasingly irritated by his reduced role. And it is claimed that Milan would consider letting him go if they receive an offer of around £30 million, with Tottenham and Borussia Dortmund expressing an interest.

It is no secret that Spurs are in desperate need of a striker to provide genuine competition for Harry Kane and Cutrone, who scored 18 goals in his debut season in the Milan first-team last season, would be an upgrade on Fernando Llorente and Vincent Janssen.

Cutrone has scored another nine goals in 2018/19.
