Viktor Tsyhankov of Dinamo Zagreb could reportedly be on his way to the Premier League with Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino a big fan.

Tottenham Hotspur fans had better get used to the name Viktor Tsyhankov. Because TEAMtalk are reporting that the 20-year-old Ukrainian international could be on his way to North London in the near future.
Isreal-born Tsyhankov plays for Dinamo Zagreb and has established himself as a crucial first-team player either on the right or the left of the attack. The youngster has scored or assisted 10 goals in just 18 games this season already.
TEAMtalk are reporting that Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United, as well as Bayern Munich and Barcelona, are all on the trail of Tsyhankov.
But it is understood that Tottenham are currently leading the chase having spent the last few months scouting the youngster, who is valued at around £16 million.

TEAMtalk add that Spurs are edging closer to reaching an agreement with Zagreb after Mauricio Pochettino gave the transfer the green light. Tsyhankov could even arrive in English football as soon as January.
And after failing to spend a single penny in the summer, Tsyhankov’s arrival would be well received by a fan-base who want to see their side build on their best ever start to a Premier League campaign.
