It seems as if League One outfit Sunderland are finally set to bid farewell to Papy Djilobodji and Didier Ndong

Sunderland have just a week left in the transfer window to get rid of high-earning Papy Djilobodji and Didier Ndong. And it seems that they are nearing a breakthrough with one of these players.
Both Djilobodji and Ndong incurred the wrath of the club after failing to report for pre-season training, as reported by The Chronicle.
Djilobodji, an £8 million signing from Chelsea in 2016, is understood to be receiving £30,000 a week, but hasn’t made an appearance for the Black Cats in 17 months, spending last season on loan at Dijon.
But it seems that the Senegal defender is finally about to leave. According to Fanatik, Super Lig outfit Trabzonspor have agreed personal terms with Djilonbodji, and are continuing to negotiate with Sunderland in order to agree a deal to bring him to Turkey.

Trabzonspor have held talks with the 29-year-old and it is understood that they progressed well. The centre-back is reportedly keen on a move to Turkey. Now, all it takes is for Sunderland to give his departure the green light.
This comes just a day after A Bola claimed that Benfica opened talks to sign £13.6 million record signing Ndong.
