Ajax talisman Hakim Ziyech seems to be leaving the Eredivisie with Premier League rivals Liverpool and Everton reportedly interested.

Hakim Ziyech could be showing off his outstanding range of passing and eye for a wondergoal on Merseyside next season – but will he be wearing the red of Liverpool or the blue of Everton?
Ziyech has been in sensational form since joining Ajax from FC Twente in the summer of 2016, blossoming into arguably the best player in the Dutch top flight – although the Amsterdam giants have twice missed out on the league title, pipped by Feyenoord and now PSV.

And it seems that the Moroccan, who has been included in the African nations’ World Cup squad, could have played his final game in Ajax colours.
“From the January transfer window, I have been clear that it was my intention to leave Ajax in the summer,” he said in quotes reported by The Mirror.
And Ziyech will surely get his wish with clubs all across the continent taking a firm interest in a player who scored nine goals and assisted a further 18 from his playmaking role in the Ajax midfield across 2017/18.

It is understood that an Everton side who lacked spark and cutting edge under Sam Allardyce are interested. But, Calciomercato claims, Liverpool appear to have made the more aggressive approach with a replacement for Philippe Coutinho high on their summer wishlist.
Liverpool have been linked with Ziyech previously and now appear ready to press ahead with a summer deal, which could leave Everton being forced to look elsewhere.
